How long will my order take to get back?

-All orders are estimated production time, currently our production turnaround is 8 weeks. With that said, I do not offer estimated progress updates. You will be emailed a shipping notification once your order is shipped. 

 

Can you rush my order?

-I can for a rush free, please message me at Northernstarkeepsakes@gmail.com

 

How Do I get my Inclusions ( breastmilk/hair/ashes) to you?

-After your order is places you will receive an email for the address to ship to. You are responsible for shipping the inclusions to me. I ship your final product for free back to you.

 

What Metals do you use?

-I use nickel free Handmade Sterling Silver or 14k gold filled settings. I do not use Silver plated or Gold plated.

 

I do not know what size of ring I am!

-Upon request I can mail you a ring sizer after your order has been placed. I offer sizes 4 to 11 in most rings.

Breast milk-

-When having milk keepsakes made it takes 5ml of milk for me to preserve. You will ship your milk to me after you order. Please ship it triple bagged with your name on the bag. No need to ship with ice, it will arrive to me in perfect condition for me to preserve.
